Competing in Seattle is a slam dunk for Senator Greene

Senator Greene, a recent graduate of Johns Creek High School in Georgia, joined Special Olympics in 2014. He has previously been a member of the Special Olympics Torch Relay team, and this year travels to Seattle to play basketball and soccer in the 2018 Special Olympics USA Games.

In high school, Senator won the “Most School Spirit Award,” participated in the marching band, and was a member of the Junior Civitan and the Jewish Student Union.

“I am happy to be part of a team that will be competing for a medal,” says Senator of his participation in this year’s USA Games. The Kaiser Permanente member values the friendships he has made along the way and looks forward to the games in Seattle.
